The 1990s were a golden era for toys, filled with creativity and imagination. Children of this decade had access to a wide variety of toys that not only entertained but also encouraged imaginative play. From action figures to interactive games, these toys shaped the childhoods of many. In this blog post, we explore the top 10 nostalgic toys from the 90s that still hold a special place in our hearts.

1. Tamagotchi

Tamagotchis were the virtual pets that took the my life by storm! I loved being able to feed, play with, and care for their digital pets. The idea of the Tamagotchi was both to help teach responsibility and empathy, which I think had some success with me however admittedly there would be days where it was neglected.

  • They still sell them! You can find them on Amazon and they still look and feel the same as the original, yay! I think its a fun way to give your kid something that is in the digital realm without exposing them too overstimulating graphics that are on most digital toys today and video games. See link below!

2. Beanie Babies

I had a huge collection of Beanie Babies, my friends and I collected them like Pokemon cards. We would have playdates and line each of ours up and compare. Then we would play with them of course all while trying to keep the infamous "TY" tag in pristine condition ;)

  • If you are lucky enough to still have yours from your childhood, grab them from

your parents house and introduce them to your kiddos!

I loved creating a little life for my polly pocket in her tiny house and having her visit her fiends house which was my other pocket. I think its a great toy to spark imagination.

They still make them, but I only founded a limited supply available. Still cute just a slightly different look. See links below!
